She’s a doll, but those strap covers are very unsafe. No aftermarket accessories. Once you remove them, you’ll be able to tighten the strap properly and bump the chest clip up. Have to keep the precious littles safe!
@laniejay we were trying to get out of the car when I took the picture. Oh and the pediatrician told us to get the strap protectors since she was bleeding from the straps rubbing her neck. Trust me though they are super tight on her when we do drive
@kaytibug2009, they’re still not safe. Your pedi gave you bad advice. Contact the manufacturer of your car seats and ask for options. Sometimes they’ll send you approved ones for free.
@laniejay they gave us a coupon to get thecovers. They wouldn't do anything else since we got the carseat as a gift and the belts were already supposed to be soft.
