Found out I had a assessed tooth yesterday, got that sob pulled but they gave me pain meds for after and I’m so afraid to take them, ob said it was fine.. but it still worries me 😭
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I hate taking pain meds, I don’t even take them after delivering in the hospital because i breast feed

omg i had a tooth abcess sunday it was hurting so damn bad i couldnt wait to see the dentist monday i popped it and it was the nastiest thing i ever did i drained all of it and the pain went away instantly so i called them and told them i popped it myself and they called me in antibiotics lol saved myself $80 copay

@knockout, not to be rude at all, just trying to be educational, but...
according to doctors the pain meds they give you after birth don’t transfer to breast milk, and if it does it’s such a teeny tiny amount that it has no effects on baby. Just sayin

@akcatprincess, Oh I know! I’m just weird with medication in general. In my opinion if I can bare the pain then I’ll bare it. No reason to take pain meds just to be convenient or comfortable. Iv taken pain meds when the pain was unbearable

@knockout, okay cool 😇 I agree, I’ve been weird about medication too since I saw my dad abuse them my whole life so I kinda have the same mindset

My pain has been unbearable, I did talk to my ob who said right now I am more than okay to take pain medication if needed. He said he wouldn’t approve it to my dentist if I couldn’t, so I guess that’s good.

You can take pain meds. I had to be on them for while. It’s okay. The pain you experience can cause stress on your baby. So it’s better to not hurt
