I really need a birth control that won’t mess with my mental health. Mirena EFFED me up I was a whole different person on it.
Any suggestions?? Copper iud seems like my best option.

Mirena went through my uterus. Also gave me migraines and made me incredibly hormonal and depressed. Paragard has been great!
I had the IUD when I gave birth to my 1st born it work good for me but it took me give or take more then a yr to get pregnant once I took it out...I got the IUD again after my 3pregnancy N so far it's okay I dont get my pr every month its skips one month N when it comes it comes I get bad cramping etc
Just be cautious. I had a mirena and it screwed me up pretty bad so I went with the paraguard and it had very painful effects on me and after 4 years I ended up pregnant on it anyways
Cooper is the best way to go and those I think go up to 10 years.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I have paragard and its been great my periods have been gotten lighter
