@its.a.bird, no worries love! Wow, I’m so glad your brother is ok! This is such a tough topic bc you don’t know if the good or bad things that occur are a direct result of the castor oil or other factors or by chance. It was def a common thing in the 80s! So many older woman suggest it even to this day. I’m interested to see if they will do more test studies on it. They ones the did do didn’t show much difference between castor oil test group and control group besides castor oil causing nausea and causing woman to be 50% (don’t quote me lol) more likely to go into labor within 24 hours. Makes you think if it’s really great then why aren’t the hospitals using it but then I think they may not bc of a money thing. Anywho, I’m off my soap box lol

@its.a.bird, @ek620, glad you ladies spoke up about this! Was telling the risk to a friend who suggested it to me. Not many are aware of the dangers bc there’s not much literature out there on this. Moreso people saying how it worked.
