So I found out that I have gestational diabetes this morning. Can anyone tell me anything about what I’m going to have to deal with for the rest of my pregnancy and delivery

I had it too. I stuck with the strict diet and was able to manage it without insulin. I actually liked the food too.

I have it too. I meet with a nutritionist tomorrow afternoon.

Meet with a nutritionist. Hopefully you wont need meds, as long as you watch what you eat and keep your numbers low.
You will have to check your sugar multiple times a day, and keep track of it so you can show your obgyn. So get ready for finger pokes.
