Well I’ve made it to my goal of breastfeeding 🤱🏻 for a year! Super proud of myself. There has been many nights where I wanted to give, thinking 💭 it would be so much easier to just give her formula ( but I didn’t). She was about 7 months old when I was told I should stop breastfeeding. Getting up early just pump and spending 90% of my breaks at work pumping. Now I think I’m ready to wean her but I have no idea on how to get her not to want the boob. She takes a sippy cup and a bottle but isn’t to sure about wanting to drink whole milk (I think because it’s cold). Any advice for me.

@paige_1999, she has an appointment tomorrow so I’ll definitely ask her doctor

I'd start off during the day and do one bottle at a time with naps. Warm it up in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds to take the chill off. Just slowly ease her into the bottle change. If you still want her to have breast milk I think you can heat it up after it being chilled. Not sure maybe talk to your daughters ped about that one.
