This is me fighting my pregnancy triggered lactose intolerance & still eating cereal every morning 😂😅
@brittanymhestehave, the first time I had reaction to milk I really thought I was going to die. It was so scary. I had drank a full glass of milk. My stomach literally swelled up and I couldn’t breath because there was no room to expand my lungs, and I almost passed out. I had to puke everything up inorder to breath again.
@knockout, ok mine doesnt give me those problems only the other two i asked if you get.I just worry alot
@brittanymhestehave, lol definitely not preterm labor. But I understand how you could think that. Milk makes my stomach swell up so tight that I can’t breath and I get horrible cramps. It’s not so bad if I just wet my cereal with skim milk but no more strawberry milk or milkshakes for me :( coconut milk in my coffee works too!
@knockout, ok i keep fearing its a sign of preterm labor.I google my symptoms but the doctor said to stop googling
@brittanymhestehave, No I wasn’t lactose before this pregnancy and Iv never been lactose with my other 2 😩 it’s been horrible to deal with and I hope it goes away after delivery 😭😭😭
were you lactose before pregnancy? Because i was never lactose and now that im pregnant i cant have dairy it makes me sick.
Oh, I hear you! Some days I can eat ice cream and others I pay dearly but I'm not quiting ice cream... I don't care how sick I get.
ya i would stay away from dairy completly then
