Well I'm 41 and have two older kids in their 20's who turned out just fine.. No teenage pregnancy, drug and alcohol addicts or involvement with the law... My son is home and returning to his dorm in a couple of weeks so what you think is appropriate or not is irrelevant to me but I respect your view and I will agree to disagree. I agree that this is extremely inappropriate, and her weight has nothing to do with it. She’s literally wearing a bra and shorts that are so small she has a camel toe. Please don’t turn this into body shaming because you could weigh 100lbs and still get a camel toe if wearing bottoms too small. This is cray

I have two young daughters and already have fears of them becoming teenagers who think they know everything and are invincible. I would be very uneasy if my daughters chose this outfit, especially if they were to go out in public. I like to believe I wouldn’t allow it, but I don’t have rebellious teens yet so can’t speak from experience. Do you approve the outfit or are you choosing your battles? I think it’s so important for girls to have a positive body image and I’m glad she has that. I would just be concerned with her way of expressing it because as horrible as it is, my fear is she could become a target to some sicko if she goes out in public.

@phoebesmommy I understand your viewpoint totally. I protect my daughter 100% and all my children even my adult children. I'm 41 and my life has always been about my kids. I've been abused and I was wearing pants and much younger so women should stand united and not blame clothing on pedophiles actions because that's not the case. @carusod91 well that's their prerogative but I don't like everything I see in life doesn't give me the right to bash ppl because of my preferences. I wouldn't get a tattoo but I don't think less of ppl who have them especially minors. Some parents sign a waiver for their children to get body piercings etc..
