Having small irregular contractions. I hope this isn't a start to what happened my last pregnancy.

Drink lots of water a lay down. Dehydration can cause contractions.

@ericanatalieezell I know it's hard. But you'll be fine! Trust your body to do what ot needs to. Stress will only make them qprse.
