Is was awful for me. The first year was fine but after that I got awful pms that lasted the 3 weeks I wasn't on my period, I all of a sudden gained 15 lbs and I always felt like I was pregnant. As soon as I had it removed all of the problems went away

I love mine. No periods is a win win.
