Anyone know what this is and what I should do? It’s on his shoulders and arms now !

Maybe the diaper? I have several friends post that huggies are starting to break their babies' out now, even after using them for months. Hope it goes away soon!

To me it looks like a detergent rash.. or like soaps or lotions.. it could have been something that he wasn’t having an issue to and then over time he started having a sensitivity.. my son had this with detergent we use to use.. we used it for like a year and then out of no where he started breaking out.. definitely keep an eye on it and maybe give some Tylenol to reduce swelling.. if it’s not giving him a fever or spreading to hands or face I wouldn’t worry too much ❤️ good luck momma! It does look like it's a bit redder. Try putting cold cloths on it and see if it helps a bit. If not, I think it's something more sinister than heat rash. 😔 poor little guy! Definitely just keep watching and see what happens.

@mamagunn.no.1, idk if it’s just my imagination but I think it’s getting redder. I’m waiting until 3 am to see but like I said if he has a fever or it’s way redder and spreads more I’m going in

@mamagunn.no.1, not u til morning. I packed an overnight bag, of it gets worse or he develops a fever I’m just going to go to the e.r. Better safe then sorry.

@jacksmama17 strange. I don't know what it could be then? 🤔 can you get him to a doctor or a drugstore to ask a pharmacist?

@mamagunn.no.1, we have been using the same things since he was a newborn. Nothing new.

Have you used any new soaps, lotions, detergents? It could be a reaction to somerhing. Can you get him to a doctor? If not you can go to your local pharmacist and ask what they think it might be.

@breezy81516, he hasn’t been out side at all the past three days and the air conditioning is on.

If he isn't showing signs of a fever than I'd say it's most likely heat rash. My little one had it pretty bad the other week. I just let her rock nothing but a diaper for almost a week. Bathed her often and let her air dry. And no lotion.

Could be rubella, has he had his immunisation for it? Does he have a fever at all? Could just be heat rash but I'd be worried if it's spreading
