I am starting to think I have a pinched nerve or something.. I know that hands and feet going numb happens at this point in pregnancy. But I lay down on my left side, with my right arm just normal. Not bent or anything. And my hand HURTS. It isn't just numb but it hurts. My upper right back and shoulder blade and now my whole arm and my hand.

I'm gonna have my best friend who is a massage therapist come over and help me 😪 I really hope it does help. This sucks
