Was anybody told their blood pressure was kinda high, but they didn't give you anything for it just told you what to…

With my first they did not give me anything for it, and this time my doctor has me taking asprin for a couple months to keep it down... But I have to stop taking it by 36wks, with the thought of maybe having the baby early and it thins your blood. Your doctor probably isn't too worried about it. Did you have high blood pressure with your first? My doctor only did that because she expects me to have high blood pressure again.

Oh.. Well that is very strange your doctor wouldn't put you on something to try to prevent that?? My blood pressure randomly spiked with my first and I had him at 36wks becsuse of it. Now I have been taking a low dose of asprin everyday for months to prevent it.

My bp was high last two appointments and she had my csection scheduled for the next day because I had preeclampsia

@vvrobinson thats what im worried about but I didn't see my regular doctor last appointment so idk but the doc I say the other day said that it was kinda high but just told me to drink more water and to watch for headaches and double or blurry vision or spots before my eyes

@natcasey9 when's your next appt? I was at the weekly appt point so between my two appointments only a week went by and I was able to get a clear answer for what was wrong
