@nerdymommyplus2, yeah hopefully it helps for you! And I’m going to see my primary doctor on Thursday I believe I’ll have them send a referral.. since I have Medicaid I have to have a referral 🤦🏻‍♀️

Maxalt works for me..... Just makes me sleepy...

Yes definitely go back. I'll have to pay a copay to see a neurologist but I hope it'll help. Mine are light sensitive so summertime is the worse

@nerdymommyplus2, I was prescribed maxalt too but it only made mine worse! I’ve seen a neurologist while I was pregnant and they wanted me to take physical therapy to see if it would work but then I lost my insurance, now that I have it back I need to go back...

Are you prescribed anything for them?

I'm on maxalt. Supposed to see a neurologist if I need more medication but I just lost insurance.... Will get some type of coverage in August though but not until then

@ella_j_heart, It’s a pain killer, it’s so much more affective than Tylenol or Advil. I am from Puerto Rico and that’s what we take over there more than Tylenol or Advil.

@ella_j_heart, no don’t say that! Maybe you should go to the ER and ask for a CT scan I’m sure with all your symptoms they’ll probably order one that’s where I was when they did mine.. and I’m the same way lol I have so many health issues it’s ridiculous 🙄

@ella_j_heart, I just recently had a CT scan for mine and everything came back normal but they want me to schedule an MRI cause they said what’s going on with me isn’t normal

@ella_j_heart, if you go to the ER they can give you some kind of shot.. it doesn’t help me but that’s what they’ll probably do if you go

@ella_j_heart, same as yours and my eyes black out... and when I stand I get sharp shooting pains in my head..

@ella_j_heart, ouch I’m sorry! Yeah maybe go in so they can give you something for it, unfortunately that’s normal for me.. my longest one lasted a little over a week 😖
