So my daughter is almost two months, and she’s in this phase and wanting to pull her hair.... why? How do I stop this? She pulls the little mittens off.

Maybe a comfort thing for her? My son plays/pulls his hair while nursing and he also does it when he’s tired and trying to sleep:)
