I'd say one of the IUDs. Just make sure you check it every so often to make sure it's in place also report any changes to your OBGYN. I had mine for almost 3 years and it moved and I became pregnant. But I would still get it again if I needed birth control. I have my tubes tied now.
I used Mirena for 10 years (2 devices total) and liked it .. other than the cramps that came along with it of course. Lol Also I have also tried the patch and pill. Now, after having my one and only, I am using Nuvaring (again, I also tried this around my 16th yr). 😊

I have the paraguard iud. I had depo before and do not recommend it.

I’m on the pill. Trinessa. Normalized my monthly cycle and has been effective at preventing more babies
