You can get clogged milk ducts while pregnant. Usually it will feel like a lump in your breast and very tender.

It's actually NOT advised to pump while still pregnant. Not a good idea.

It can happen really at any time. It's more than likely not milk unless you nurse still with other child(ren). Could just be clogged ducts and you'll have to massage your chest to alleviate the pressure/pain. The massage will hurt but it helps.

Are they in large or are you leaking?

And remember to stay hydrated

Thats the body doing its work lol but be carful hun pumping is good but can induce labor maybe later on when your ready for that little one and your full term pump away

If you have a pump, is good to pump it before the baby comes.
