Courage! just a few more weeks and you will have another bundle of joy!! lol it gets better. Im the oldest of 12 and i know it does! But i would keep an eye out for your 4yo, many times pooping and peeing your pants is a sign of attention more than regression and also coild be a sign of having suffered sexual abuse (keep an eye out if he goes to school etc) my brother was like that for a few years and he grew out of it but it took like 2 years and he would only do it when my parents were around, if i babysat he never had an accident.
