So I didn’t work 3 days this week so I kept my youngest home from daycare . But yesterday and today I work so she went back to daycare . Well I thought not taking her would save me some money but nope . I have to pay for the days she didn’t go because she is enrolled as a full time child 🤦🏻♀️ fml 😞
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
No one cares about what you got for Valentine’s Day I promise. We won’t miss out if you didn’t post pictures and statuses all day
First day of 1hr daycare for my baby I went to drop off the physicals and let her stay for an hr just to see how she reacts. I wish for the best I need to start working!
I dont want to leave my baby in daycare I want my baby with me she is so small I want to take care of her!!!!
First day working at daycare. I don't think I can do it. I cried all the way home.

@mamizamorano17, a contract protects both you and them. I’m not sure how they feel they can enforce a policy that isn’t contracted. I would bring that up with them and maybe they’ll let it slide this time. I would request a written contract as soon as possible. I know that here, in order to be licensed by the state, you have to have written contracts with policies so this raises a red flag for me.

@laniejay, they just opened so they are still trying to get everything together I guess . Cause all I’ve received is how much I pay a month . It DOESN’T say you pay this a month wether she comes or not .

@mamizamorano17, is this a legitimate day care? You should always have a contract. Even home daycares should.

@laniejay, obviously but never had to deal with daycare so didn’t know . They could’ve let me know it was like that when they knew this is my first experience with daycare

You pay for her slot not her attendance. It’s not fair to them to assume they’ll just go without pay because you didn’t bring her.
