@spookylyn in a sense. It is taught but not always by parents. Through society and natural hormones. A younger child could see someone wearing a thong, naturally they will have certain feelings about it.... Then and there is when they sexualize things themselves.

@josefa, I don’t think that’s their only purpose. I know lots of people use that excuse. Butts have multiple purposes too. Sexual, to expel waste from the body, as a cushion. The point I was trying to make was it’s just another body part that doesn’t have to be covered if a person doesn’t want it to be.

I wouldn't want to have to deal with it either in a public family place but some people are like that and you just have to deal with it or say something to the person if it bothers you and thwre are rules about it... Also I am European qnd I've been to nudist 🌊. But they are nudist beaches and you know where you are going when u go there. But also at normal beaches you can be topless, in fact a lot of people do it, you kinda grow up to get used to it but after being in the states for 6 years going back it does make u feel a little uncomfortable lol its just what u are used to. Coming from Wueooe I do have to say that the culture there is much more sexualized too even if its normal to see a boob don't believe for a second that makes men less sexual about it or objectifying.

Unless the places has rules against it, people are free to wear what they want. If it bothers you just teach your children to not look.
