I got my mid wife to do a sweep and then I bounced on the exercise ball for hours watching tv and she came the next day

Sex! It’s gonna sound gross but afterwards don’t clean up right away. The sperm help soften your cervix so let it marinate in there for a little bit. I swear by it!! Worked with both my pregnancies. My water broke a few hours after each time. Good luck!!
