Why Are My Nipples Sore and Legs Hurting After Period?

That what happen to me when I got off mine on April 22. It was clear and watery, stop on May 3.

@jody1, Yeah what people do is test with the ovulation strips to know when it’s happening, and tempt to know for sure if they ovulated. Like others have said I’ve had ewcm days prior to actually ovulating. I would just start bding every other day to try to catch that egg. Good luck!

@gaga123, my gynecologist told me that they don’t tell you if your ovualating because she had one person say she had a positive all week and that’s impossible to ovulate for 7 days she only said to do the tempature

You can get EWCM several days prior to ovulation. I've had up to 5 days prior.

Have you tried using ovulation test strips

@gaga123, well I did ovulate one time after my period since I had the hsg test it messed it up my cycle literally my thighs are sore and my underwear is wet and I have ewcm and still sore nipples and they go away when I have my period

I’m also cycle day 7! But I think it’s way too early to ovulate now?
