Anyone have any thoughts on what this might be? Saw it on my 4 year old at bath time.

It could be hand foot and mouth disease. My son is going through it right now. Does he have a fever?
No fever and no my 4 year old does not have herpes lol. Also nothing anywhere else just the 1 spot on the corner of his mouth.
Could be hand foot and mouth. Could be a cut. Could be a cold sore.
Looks like it could be hand foot and mouth, I'd suggest taking them to the doctor in the morning just so you know for sure
I was going to say coldsore, I've gotten one before in the same spot. Is it bothering him? Mine hurt. They sell a little tube of cream/medicine for them (I'm not sure if it's safe for kids you'd have to check that out) but I used that and it went away in 24 hours.
@jsfan101, a cold sore is technically herpes. Don’t let the name scare you 🙄 I’m not 100% that it’s a cold sore, but that’s what it looks like. Im sure the doctor could give you some lip stuff to make it go away faster.
I put campho-phenique on it and sent him to bed. I'll check it in the morning but I think it's just a cold sore. It does have a blister on it, but he has absolutely no symptoms other than it hurts if you touch it. Thanks yall.
Just looks like a random sore. I get them when I eat chips like a pig. Or if something irritated my mouth like pineapple
@liz41395, thts what i said but they keep thinking the other type this one is from the weather
Update: He bit his cheek and the blister went away and it now looks like a flab of cheek. Thanks everyone.
