I take a warm bath and listen to meditation music. Baby loves it :)

@jaquelinerachelle, thank you. ☺️ i know I’m over exaggerating but I think everything is what’s driving me nuts but I’m going to relax. We talked about maybe having a spa day soon. That might help me relax. I appreciate the feedback and positive words. ☺️

@boy.momxxx3 oh wow this is my first pregnancy so idk what its like once you're 31 weeks. Lol but i can see how it would be hard to get up. I really hope your stress goes away. And I'm sorry its there. 😔

@jaquelinerachelle, I haven’t soaked in a tub since I’ve been pregnant. Lol feels like I never get a chance. I need to relax in some way. But maybe a bath when hubby is home so he can help me out the tub. I know I’ll get stuck since it’s low 😩😩😩🤣

@inkedsouthernbelle that’s why I’m panicking. I mean I’m stressing over parenting 3 kids. Heck 2 was is a struggle as is. So it’s freaking me out. The dr took me off due to preterm contractions so I’m home all day and that’s all I think about. Sounds silly but man. The idea of being a great parent is hard. I know I’m a great mom but you know we tend to doubt ourselves or blame things on ourselves for not being or doing our best. Ughhh.

Stress can literally kill you and lead to countless illnesses so it’s very important to try your best to de stress and prevent further stress. Easier said than done I know but stress is a terrible thing. Maybe try a hobby like painting? Focus on something else that you can fully take your mind off what’s stressing you and become productive in a positive way
