Mama's I need your help I'm not sure if I'm having real contractions or Braxton hicks but they are very painful. My stomach is getting hard and in a ball and I'm having extreme period like cramps.

@ashleyvarnadore08, yeah it’s not joke. It can put you right in the hospital. When I had my daughter i had to get a shot in my butt to stop them and two bags on the IV drip. I was at work. Had to get rushed to the hospital by a coworker 😳...
I was hospitalized last week for a severe kidney infection and dehydration so I'm hoping that I'm just dehydrated again
Try drinking two big cups of water too. You may be dehydrated.
