Went to the Drs last week seen my one twin vanished. Baby measured 6weeks, went back today to hear heart beat because last time they said they saw the flutter they seen the cardiovascular working. Today empty sac nothing in it went to a imaging center same empty sac. I’m suppose to be 7weeks1day now. No cramping no bleeding no nothing. Drs are confused as too what’s going on, saying possible miscarriage but they just saw the baby so their confused. This happen to anyone?

If they heard the heart beat then there’s a baby in there.... unless it’s your heart beat. That’s strange. I wouldn’t let them just say it’s gone when there’s a heart beat. Demand your levels get checked 3 times

@littleonemorning, no this time it was a empty sac.. We saw the baby one baby last week and now my sac is empty. They were hearing heart beat today but my sac is empty
@newmom18, like the baby just vanished in the middle of hearing the heart beat? Or you heard the heartbeat but couldn’t see anything?

@littleonemorning, No. I was having twins the one absorbed last week. Today we were hearing heart beat and seen nothing.
So you have the other twin though right? Maybe I’m reading this wrong. But if you still have the other twin, I think they just get absorbed. I know someone who was pregnant with twins and when the other one passed, she didn’t bleed or anything.
@amberspringer, I go back the 25th & nope they were going to finally do blood work today but now I am not a confirmed pregnancy.
@newmom18, I’m so sorry that things are going not so good for you. Maybe the baby was just hidden. Are they having you come back in two weeks? Doing hcg levels?
@newmom18, with that one, yes but still ended up with a d&c. I fainted from all the blood loss. I definitely don’t recommend passing it naturally.
I’ve had two missed miscarriages. My 6 weeks one was slowly absorbing.
Whats the earliest u have gotten an ultrasound and seen baby not just an empty sac?
on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage.

Supposedly I'm 5 weeks but only saw a yolk sac and sac didn't see any baby doctor said could be a miscarriage ? :(
Needing some advice or words of encouragement : today i went to the doctor for my first appointment. They drew blood & did an ultrasound. My HCG levels are rising but the ultrasound shows an empty sac. I’ve been to the ER three times prior to today, all the same thing. The doctor is saying either it’s a failed pregnancy, abnormal pregnancy or it’s too early. I’m hurting & confused but don’t want to stress. I got back Friday because my aren’t rising like they should.
Ok so I'm asking for a friend. She went to the ER for abdominal pain. They did an ultrasound and called her today and told her the ultrasound showed an empty sac and her hcg levels are low. She started lightly bleeding today and the ER dr told her it's not a viable pregnancy. The only thing is she isn't supposed to start her period for 9 days. Thoughts? I mean wouldn't she be too early to know if the pregnancy is viable or not?
