I have chills, back pain, abdominal pain, nausea😩 also have been feeling a sharp pain down there , could I be in labor? My OB appointment is tomorrow to see if I've dilated

called doctor & said it was normal but if pain became unbearable to head on to ER , I took some Tylenol & the pain eased

Could be you’re getting close ! But call your ob or l&d to ask

If you’re worried, call your doctor. 35w is a little early for labor but not out of the question, obviously.
