In the next three months or so my husband is expecting a job change. He's salary is basically going to be cut in half for a while and I'll need to get a job myself to support us. My oldest will be in school by then, but I'll still have my youngest at home, and child care is not an option for us.

Has anyone ever had any luck finding a job that allows for a more flexible work schedule? I'd like for at least one of us to be at home with my youngest any given time. We aren't even sure what hours my husband will have when the time comes. It feels like an impossible situation at this point.
