My 2 month old is not having regular bowel movements. He was born 1 month and a week early via emergency c section. My pediatrician said that the babies don’t get to be exposed to your good bacteria since they didn’t get a chance to travel down your canal in which babies normally swallow the good bacteria on there way out. I’m concerned about my baby now having bowel movements. Insight please!
