@laniejay I understand that but also his story doesn't make sense he was coming from the bingo hall that's what he pulled out of and then said he was in a hurry to get to Bingo and went back into the bingo hall didn't wait around for the cop and only gave my husband his insurance real quick and my husband asked for his ID and he wouldn't give it to him and left before the cop came.

@tacos4lyfe the guy left and went to the bingo hall my husband was able to get a picture of his insurance and one picture of his car my husband gave the cop information that he was able to get he wouldn't even show him his ID because he said he was in a hurry to get to bingo. So the cop took what my husband was able to get.

Many people go into shock after an accident. They don’t feel pain, they don’t think appropriately and they don’t act appropriately. It is not uncommon at all to not let

@tacos4lyfe he gave my husband his insurance card and my husband was able to a pictures of his car thats all he got before he left and that what he gave the cop.

@iwannaplay that fine but like i said i doubt he's hurt and he can go to the er and why run when you know the cops are coming obviously there was something wrong there.

Really none of what your husband smelled is worth anything unless a blood alcohol test was done on the guy it can’t be proven that he was drinking unless the guy comes out and says yes I was drinking and driving which nobody does. School wasn’t that important either since I was walking and got hit people don’t think clearly right after an accident they just don’t. Plus it’s like you’re going into this thinking that the insurance company actually gives a damn about you as a person and I promise you they don’t. Both insurance companies if there are 2 different companies are looking to cut the smallest check possible and whatever they have to do to make that happen will be done

@lillynellasmom, if he never talked to the cops and left then how did they write a police report without his information? He can’t even claim anything from insurance if he isn’t in the report.

@lillynellasmom, so how did the other guy get your insurance info if he left before the police got there? The police should get that info and put it in report and give it to the other drivers and write in the report who is at fault.

@iwannaplay well my husband said he smelled like beer and he left before cops came and he keeps telling everyone that he was in a hury to play bingo. Why not wait for the cops bingo is not that important loke school also i have a picture of him and he had a wrap and of his car. So if he is hurt he can go.

Post accident not everyone feels the pin right away I sure didn’t when I was walking and was hit by a guy I went to school so my parents wouldn’t be pissed at me they didn’t even know until after I got home from school and was kinda glazed over and unfocused. And truthfully insurance people will say anything to you. I had one tell me oh no problem blah blah blah because xyz and they still assigned joint responsibility for a % so they would not have to pay out as much

So why is the guy calling your insurance if he was at fault?

@iwannaplay my husband was sore it happen late and after he worked and we were talking to the lady when he called he had time to go to the er if he was in pain and he still can go but he even said him self he was in a rush to get to bingo so if he was really hurt he would not have ran from the cops and would have went in to bingo. So he can be mad all he want. He left so obviously he was okay and the insurance lady said she believe us and he was crazy.

I get why someone would be irritated since accident reports to insurance companies are supposed to be made directly after the accident there’s usually a 24 hr customer service line for just that purpose.

Sounds kinda fishy to me cause if anyone was really hurt they would go to the er first not bingo.
