I am a mom of a autistic child and I would still 100% vaccinate. I don’t believe vaccines give kids autism even if I did I would much rather have a alive child with it then a dead child without.

Would you rather have a healthy baby alive with "mental issues" or a deathly ill child who could die from not getting vaccinations? I just saw a news report of the 4 month old dying from meningitis that it got from another unvaccinated child.. you're child your choice 🤷‍♀️

I would definitely vaccinate your child! It's not worth the risk of getting a disease god forbid.

@dee2115, thank you I will definitely do more research!

@alyboo102293, that’s another way too look at it , for those that don’t see the other side of the world we don’t think about how bad it is and how good we have it over here.. but I will definitely do more research thank you so much for sharing! I’ll definitely point this out to my husband!

@dinamarie1995, yes exactly!

Not much could happen to your child due to being vaccinated, but a whole lot can happen to them for NOT being vaccinated. Chose wisely and do some research instead of just listening to your husbands story of someone “not being the same”.

I feel privileged to be able to receive the vaccines we do, I’ve been across seas to help in some not so lucky areas and children and adults are dying left and right because of certain things that could have been prevented. It’s so sad. I personally vaccinate for that reason. It’s ultimately your guys decision. I have a friend that did not vax and her son has autism vaccines have nothing to do with it in my opinion.

@nessaness you can do a delayed schedule if you want to space them out a little more.

@nessaness, your welcome. Plus if you only do one and you kid has a reaction you know what shot did it instead of not knowing.

@ladyblauvelt_mommyof2, yea the flu vaccine I normally never get it because I’ve gotten it before and still got sick but not as sick as those that didn’t get the vaccine! That was one of the shots we were like is it necessary 🤷🏽‍♀️ I just think everyone’s body is different and the way they react to things..

nessaness

Nessa

@leahkay, which have you denied? Like the pneumonia one my husband said is that necessary? A vaccine can’t fully prevent that illness.. but yes thank you more research will help me figure out what to do..

nessaness

Nessa

@dinamarie1995, they do give a lot of vaccines all at once but that’s a good way to do by only getting 1or2 shots at a time! Thank you for sharing your story& experience..

@laniejay I mean it is both parents decisions don't get me wrong but mother s have a good instincts than fathers I mean I understand all the vaccines that would cause the kids to get sick but there's so many disease out there can't never know wat child will have without vaccines

ladyblauvelt

Allyson Almeda

@nessaness they can't usually fully prevent the flu because it's always a different strain of bacteria and they have to try to find the one that is the worst at the time. I never get the flu vaccine, I just don't like it.

@nessaness vaccines can be scary, but in the end they're protecting your kids. I've always been on the fence about them but I also don't want my kids to get a life threatening illness. My son even had a mild reaction once but I still chose to vaccinate but I do deny a couple that I feel like are unnecessary right now. Definitely do research and make the decision best for your family.

@mswedes, @ladyblauvelt_mommyof2 @4thbabyontheway, @kendrab, @laniejay, @leahkay, @rjxmommy, thank you mamas for your advice and experiences with vaccinations, I just feel like we have all received vaccinations growing up and all ended up okay and some maybe did get a reaction to a certain vaccine which is close having a food allergy!

My husband just feels like the government shouldn’t have to right to put things in our body and feels like there’s certain illness a vaccine can’t fully prevent , like the flu, pneumonia, etc. & he has a friend that had told him about their experience which totally freaked him out about vaccines! But although I do aggreee they do give a lot of vaccines all at once which I don’t like.. so I will possibly consider doing 1 or 2 at once.. but thank you all again! I will definitely do more research..

I would say do your own research and talk more about it. Ask people who have and haven't. For those who haven't they typically have a natural type of remedy. The reason some people don't vaccinate is because they believe it will cause health issues because some of the ingredients in the vaccines but the amounts of those are so low it doesn't affect them. I was vaccinated all the way. I've never had any illness. My younger siblings never received any and they've been fine as well. It all depends on the person, their body, and their immune system. Most vaccines is basically the doctor putting a small portion of the sickness or disease into the child so their body can know to fight it etc. I personally believe some are unnecessary depending on where you live and what the child is around, if you travel, that kind of thing. Your child could never have the issues but if they did end up with them you shouldn't have to hold thay over yourself that it could have been prevented with the vaccines. Definitely research both sides of it from multiple resources.

I do one vaccine at a time. My husbands grandmas friends granddaughter was perfectly healthy and got all of her shots and the next day started having seizures which she never had and they eventually killed her. Not saying it was because of the shot but they believe it’s because her body couldn’t handle all the Mercury. That’s why I give one at a time. I will be doing the same with my son.

@kendrab I'm not saying vaccines are bad 🤦 my kids are vaccinated and I'm pro Vax but I'm just saying there's no way to 100% prove a child got meningitis from another child not being vaccinated.

@leahkay okay 🤷‍♀️ I'm still not risking it

@kendrab I'm just gonna take a sec to point out that the meningitis vaccine doesn't cover all forms of meningitis and there's no way to 100% prove the baby got sick from an unvaccinated child.

In my opinion u should have ur baby and child vaccinated never know wat would happen when they're not vaccinated and then there's other people or kids who are sick with any particular disease it baby would be immune to it its all safe right now there's a virus going on that's a hand mouth and foot virus aka coxsackie Virus any child or adult can get it hopefully this info its worth it :)

ladyblauvelt

If you are already vaccinating your daughter don't stop and vaccinate your new baby. Vaccines don't cause issues and if they do it's very rare. It's the best choice. If you stop vaccinating your daughter and she gets sick with one of the diseases that was eradicated before then your newborn baby will be sick too and a lot of these sicknesses that are coming back are very dangerous to newborns

Personally I feel like it’s the same as same a child had a peanut allergy so you’ll never give your child peanut butter. It doesn’t apply to everyone. I personally don’t feel vaccines can cause something like that. Sometimes things like learning disabilities aren’t visible at an early age. It could be a coincidence. I’d do more research on both sides of the argument before making a decision.
