How do you ladies know when you ovulated or when your about to? Body wise?

@taymw11, I have most the apps too lol they all say something different like Ovia said I was supposed to last week but I got my positive opks this last two days

@boymomx3, oh ok lol I could never tell so I just relied on my app and I’m guessing it’s accurate Bc I got pregnant lol

I would get a dull ache or cramping on the side i was ovulating on. Lasted an hour or so.
