New riddle.find the missing number.

At first I didn’t pay attention to the 10 and saw it adds up going across to get 21, 22, 23 and then putting a 2 in with 22 makes it 24. Then I realized the real pattern.

Criss cross it is counting down by 2

Ok so it has to be 2

I would have said 2 if that 10 wasn’t on top... what he heck is that for? Lol my brain hurts.
