@brittany88, I teach my children not to let people get over on them however your comment kinda implies that you will take care of things in a physical manner which is not something you should teach your child. I teach my children to defend themselves however your implying you are going to be the one out to get someone, which is exactly what you shouldn’t teach your children. Everyone is human and has anger and feelings it’s all about teaching your children how to deal with anger and frustrating situations in the right way do they end up taking the right path in life. It’s 2018 and people are dying over nothing I wouldn’t influence my children to put themselves in bulshit with people who aren’t worth their time. My 14 year old nephew and his 3 friends were shot last month over fkn childish issues involving people that were not even worth his time, life is far too short to go taking your chances in making it shorter. Thankfully he lived and so did his friends sadly they are all 14 years old and will have to deal with the aftermath for the rest of their lives and at 14 can no longer play sports or do things children should be doing.
