Stroller question for moms with toddler and new born... looking at the bugaboo donkey duo 2 ... the side for newborn the bassinet..does that grow with baby when baby becomes a toddler or I have to buy another second part..?

@cams, sadly yes. But it’s me and 3 family members pay for it.. I want something that’s side by side with bassinet for newborn... seems like the only one I could find..

Seriously rethinking this stroller no way to pay almost $2000 on a dam stroller

@joannekk88, the resale market for this is huge. If you buy liners and keep it in good shape of course. It pushes like a dream as well.
There are a lot of side by side options that you can put an attachment for infant carriers on or that lay flat for newborns.
I actually might have found a similar one.. strollair..anyone use them before??
Stroller is $600 and buy the bassinet separate for $140... seems like a way better deal!
I have a friend with twins who has he donkey and she actually doesn’t like it at all. She prefers the vista for a double.
Are you set on bassinet? I use Stokke Xplory and didn’t bother with bassinet. Just put her chair in lowest setting and it even came with “newborn wedge insert”.
I used Bugaboo before and it’s great. Keep in mind tho that some stores/doors will be a no-go with side by side.

Yea definitely want a bassinet.. it’s best for the baby’s back not to be squished in car seat.. I checked bumbleride wasn’t crazy about it.. so far gotta go checkout the strollair my duo
Nuna has double stroller but it’s not side to side and it’s a little cheaper
I had a baby trend go lite snap fit with my first born and I loved it..however didn’t grow with her and she grew out of it so fast because she is so tall..

Lol definitely need to save some $$$ but for a stroller I’m willing to spend extra if I know it will be durable..living in Brooklyn ny we walk almost everywhere so I need a good stroller
