Is it normal for newborns to forget how to breathe or look like they’re having trouble breathing?

It freaks me out.

Ended up taking my youngest back to urgent care tonight because she was retracting when breathing and super congested. She tested positive for RSV and I’ll have her Covid results in 3 days. The gave her albuterol and a good suctioning. She’s still having a little trouble with the breathing but her vitals were good. I’m a WRECK though. I’m terrified to go to sleep.
