Okay not baby related but how you go about someone like so or fiancé adopted your kids

You have to get the birth fathers rights terminated and then do a step parent adoption

Okay what do I do to about or who I go through

If the biological father is present in the kids lives, he would have to agree to sign over his rights and you'd have to go through court.

But neither of my kids father are in their life they don’t even know there father at all

Is he on the birth certificate? If he’s not it should be simple. You just file adoption papers. If not you will need his signature stating that he agrees.
