Soooo im grown as hell 14 weeks pregnant and still haven't told anyone other than who my fiance told... I have never been sooo stressed in my life nt lii this turnin pregnancy... For at least the first trimester i didnt plan on telling anyone cz i was am scared about how stressed ive been would effect the baby... Now i feel lii im soo sad scared stressed that i cant enjoy this pregnancy.. I just wanna cry every time i think about it... Not that im nt happy just the bad seems ta always outweigh the good lately and i cant handle it.... Uuuggghhh 😢😢

I was the same way too.... except i was stupid and told my mama and she got overly excited and told the world! Lol. I just didnt want to twll anyone until mid 2nd trimester, allthough everyone found out when i was like 8 weeks!!!!

It will be hard to enjoy at the very beggining due to all these stress and hormone changes. Honestly, the worries will never go away. Having a baby has many different levels of stress/worries even and/or especially after they are born.

How i coped with it? Well, when i became pregnant and started using this app back in October, a mama in here delivered her twins premature in an emergency. Both babies were delivered but one only made it after a few days of birth. The mom didnt have any complications or health risk... the conclusion was due to stress. Her story inspired me to change my mind set about being pregnant and carrying on stress.

We will ALWAYS worry because that's what mothers do but the risk is just not worth it dear. Change your mind set immediately and only have positive thinking for babys sake.

Keep yourself busy... start doing house cleaning, start nesting early, go baby window shopping or start doing your shopping for baby. It will help to ease your mind.
