This might b a silly question but first time mom here. So I’m planning on pumping, when I freeze the milk before I want to use it should put it into the fridge to thaw out ? Then use it or how does that work 😫😅
Also definitely recommend laying the bags flat when you put them in the freezer. It will save a ton of space compared to standing the bags up 😄
There is usually a reference for breast milk in the pump stuff if you get a new one
If there is a lactation consultant available where you are giving birth ask them for storage info.. after my son they gave me a helpful chart to know how long to store where and stuff like that.
I guess sharing my personal info on here means having it used against me in a personal disagreement yes I was raped and no you have no right to use my daughter against me as a personal jab

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
I don't think she gets it.
I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.

I could really use some opinions. I'm stumped and dh is no help.
I'm gonna be so uncomfortable with having to use pads after giving birth. I absolutely hate pads. I haven't used them since I was about 15. 😖
You can just put it in a bowl or cup of warm water it will defrost pretty fast I breastfed with my son up until 10 months.
