Has anyone figured out how to get rid of the foot swelling? It's really upsetting and painful for me and I can't take it…

@kjcross, I think they impact everyone differently. For me, they provide some relief but the problem doesn't go away completely. I'm not sure if brand matters. I have the Sockwell brand since my OB recommended them. I have less swelling if I get plenty of exercise and also when I elevate. If I sit too much I get a really swollen calf.

@kjcross, I put them up whenever I could, but I soaked them every night until my hips got bad, then I just took a bath

@aengs2 I bought some and tried them last night. They were absolute hell to get on but I left them on all evening and it only helped my ankles, my feet were the same. Any advice on the socks?

@lizibear84 would you say you need to that more than once a day to see results?

Compression socks.

I used to soak in Epsom salts for 15 minutes, then sat/layed with them elevated above my waist. Not the most comfortable, but it helps
