It’s not even 9AM here on the West Coast, and I’ve already hung up on someone who had all of the time in the world to proceed to discuss the news upon my answering, BUT not enough time to simply say, “good morning.” And after communicating the grievance, continued to carry on. As if I don’t know what deflection is.
