Anybody have any ideas on good sites/recipes/books on finger foods for toddlers with vegetables/fruit/powerfoods.
My little lady is eating less. I also realized that she doesn’t know how to chew well so she skips Veggies she likes, I need some good tips/spices, or maybe ideas for steamed veggies.

I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?

My kids prefer roasted veggies to steamed. They have way more flavor that way. Egg muffins are always a favorite, they’re like little mini frittatas and you can put whatever you want inside.
