How to feed a PICKY EATER!!!!????

I just keep offering foods. My kid is picky as hell and still really finicky about eating. I do the best I can, and I figure there have been hundreds of thousands of kids that have lived through it before mine so he won’t starve to death lol

@sarahbethk lol right!!! Hey they butt will eat when they really hungry. Lol but she will play with the food that she doesn't like....sling it throw it smh... But she loves milk and water.

Tell her its one of them things and see if she tries it? My parents used to do it with my niece.

@onlyluvremains, my son would drink a gallon of milk a day if I let him. I don’t agree with starving her until she eats what you want her to though... offer healthy foods along with foods you know she’ll eat. Experts say it can take 10-15 offerings before they even try a food! Try healthier options of foods she’ll eat- i buy veggie and protein pasta because I know he’ll eat pasta, I offer sweet potato fries instead of fries, I make a pita pizza instead of getting fast food pizza, etc. I also give him different kinds of preparations of foods. So frozen corn or corn on the cob, apple slices or whole apple with the skin off, mashed potato or baked potato, etc. Sometimes it’s just texture. And don’t be afraid of condiments! My son LOVES “sauce” (anything to dip his food into) so he’ll eat more when I give him guacamole, mustard or ketchup, ranch or bbq sauce to dip his food into.

Also I used to mix a little sweet potato purée into his marinara sauce, cut up broccoli and mix it into his Mac n cheese, etc.
