That's great keep up the hard work. This time around I'm really wanting to reshape my body I'm excited to get started. Yeah I tried for a vbac this baby and it was a fail.

@luvmybbys.x2, Great suggestion! Thanks Mama! I’m 11mo post delivery, but from time to time I’ll get subtle reminders if I overdo it. I’ve lost the weight, but I’m focused on the muscle repair and restoration. Which takes longer to heal from the inside out. This Mama wants a VBAC. Take it easy. Bit by bit.

Maybe laying down flat and lifting your legs in biycicle motions . Like your riding a bike laying down basically. How long ago was ur c section. Im starting my walking tomorrow but can't wait to get more active
