For my cesarean Mamas🙋🏾♀️: know any effective (mild to moderate) core muscle exercises? Ones that won’t remind me that I’ve been cut open lol. I need to strengthen the area before I needlessly stress over trying to tone it.

@luvmybbys.x2, Great suggestion! Thanks Mama! I’m 11mo post delivery, but from time to time I’ll get subtle reminders if I overdo it. I’ve lost the weight, but I’m focused on the muscle repair and restoration. Which takes longer to heal from the inside out. This Mama wants a VBAC. Take it easy. Bit by bit.
That's great keep up the hard work. This time around I'm really wanting to reshape my body I'm excited to get started. Yeah I tried for a vbac this baby and it was a fail.
