Honestly pooping while giving birth is COMPLETELY normal but if I could possibly stop it from happening some how by watching out for what I eat the next 19 days then I will 🤣 I don’t need a replay of when I gave birth to my daughter lmaoooo.

I’m scared of pooping. My husband would never let me live it down. My body always “cleans itself out” when labor starts though.

I don't know if my midwife said that I pooped or it was my baby's poop. But there was some damn poop. I was so shocked I played I didn't hear her announce"awe look it's so yellow, that's allot of poop".

@alaiyasmommy, it really is embarrassing to us mommas but the doctors are used to it! I was more embarrassed cause my mom and boyfriend saw everything. I didn’t even know till I smelled something and then I knew why their faces looked so weird 😭😫 it’s so normal and not something we should even worry about but we still do!
@alaiyasmommy, it happens to most of us and some mommas think they don’t only cause the doctors don’t mention it cause they know we get embarrassed and it interferes with our pushing.
