I was told at the hospital that it’s a sign labor could be hours or days away but idk cuz this happened my first pregnancy and I didn’t deliver till 39 weeks and I’ll be 38 weeks tomorrow

Yes! I didn't have diarrhea though. I just suddenly started going several times a day when I couldn't my whole pregnancy. This happened for 4 days I think. My water broke one day shy of 38w.

Ok well I’ve been cramping like period like cramps and having contractions on and off all day plus the stomach problem so idk if my body trying to go into labor or what I was in labor a few nights ago the dr said but my water didn’t break so they sent me home

Typically yes. My friend never went into labor but had to get induced at 41 weeks

They say one of the early signs of labor is diarrhea but honestly IDK how much of that is accurate. Also my ob told me severe diarrhea pain without the diarrhea is a contraction
