Anyone else get a weird lumpy stomach when they have BH contractions? I had an appt today and asked the doc what position baby is in (dont start cervical checks til next appt). So she feels around and seems certain that babys head is low down and bum is at my middle stomach and foot is in my right rib. But all the pushing stimulated a contraction and this bulge popped out the right side. I told her that this is why I've had such difficulty figuring babys position. She feels around and let's it settle and she looks confused. She asked if I had a fibroid back on my anatomy scan and I said no or at least no one told me. She feels around some more and keeps checking the head. She says she *thinks* shes head down (now seems to be second guessing herself) but we will know more when my checks start and I may have to have a scan to see if shes transverse. I've read horror stories of babies being transverse and people having to be hospitalized so the cord doesnt come out if you go into labor on your own so I worried myself to death.
Basically I'm hoping that someone can say they get weird funky contractions that contort your stomach but that it's not baby parts you see sticking out!!

Okay! Just been worrying that shes not getting down into proper position. And then all this with the fibroid possibility. I know nothing about any of that. Guess it's just worrisome when your doc looks troubled. Hoping she truly is head down and STAYS that way!
That ALWAYS happened to me with my BH. Looks like baby’s butt and back is what’s causing your lumpiness. That was always the case for me; my baby was head down.
I also have a hernia behind my belly button as well. I had an umbilical cord hernia at birth that went in on it's own years later but didnt fully recess. So it popped back with pregnancy
Sorry I havent posted an update on whats happened. I finally.had my baby boy, Noah Jesus Zamora 😍 So I went in Friday night due to small contractions, once I made it to the hospital they had become regular & I was almost 2 cm dilated. They kept me for 2 hours before sending me home because my contractions werent causing any dilation. So my bf & I spent the night at my mothers just incase something happened. So this is baby #2 for me and I checked dilation tonight to see if were making any progress. Id say were at a 3 MAYBE a 4 but no contractions and I had no issue feeling babies head AT ALL. Is it normal for me to feel babies head that easily? Doctor explained how to check dilation but did not warn me what to do if it seemed like baby was SUPER low. He only said at 4 cm that I could have her.

my baby daddy's ex wife works at the hospital I'm having my daughter she is just a cleaning lady she tell me they let her move the babies around I'm scared this women will take my baby she even tells me if I have my baby early she could see her ever day .. my doctor only delivers at this hospital I don't know what to do . this is why I don't want to have my baby early ..
