so i’m a first time mom and my son is 5 days old. my plan was to exclusively breastfeed only and that’s what i have been doing even tho it hasn’t been the easiest. for some reason my son has been having trouble latching on, and it makes me think he’s not getting enough milk.. i never got to see the lactation consult after delivery so breastfeeding has been difficult for me. i went to buy formula just in case he just doesn’t take the breast one day.. makes me feel like such a bad mom because i basically don’t know what i’m doing when it comes to breastfeeding. 😢💔

It is hard work - don’t feel down, just do whatever you can do, I will say it does get easier the older they get, with my first I was back and forth between pumping and nursing until he was about 5 weeks when I made a commitment to stick it through, but at that point he is a bit bigger, and had better head control, and we were able to make it work!

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
