Anyone try vitex or maca root? If so what is your experience?

@breeajohnson86 right now I'm using some generic maca pills they're only 450mg I take 2 as of right now.

The bottle comes with 90 of them I bought 2 bottles.

If you take maca root you need to take 1500 mg a day buy spring valley maca they are like 4.98 or 5.98 at Walmart and they are 500 mg so you will take 3 of the 500 mg capsules a day.
