I stopped breastfeeding two days ago and now I’m so engorged and in pain. What do I do!? Trying to express my hand even hurts 😭😖😫

@adams2017, at this point I need relief so I’m going to try and pump when I get home I have normally a high pain tolerance and damn this is pain .

@adams2017, my doctor said this method if I kept pumping would keep stimulating milk production. I’m on day three and I guess I need some cabbage
Cabbage retains the fluid alot of women do it to dry their milk i did it just my last time around and worked great for me.
Take some pain killer and put cool cabbage leaves in your bra when they are wilted change them for fresh ones.
You have to slowly dry yourself out pumping Lil at a Time is what I was told

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
